Rev. Dr. Bruce R. Druckenmiller
Bruce has been the Director of Outdoor Ministries for the Penn Central Conference of the United Church of Christ since 2002. Prior to that he was the pastor of New Covenant UCC in Williamsport for 15 ½ years. At Hartman Center, Bruce welcomes campers and guests, supervises all of the Hartman Center staff and helps develop camp programs and policies. Bruce has a love of frisbee golf, the outdoors and a deep concern for taking care of the gift of God’s creation.

Harold Karschner
Harold has been the Property Manager at Hartman Center for the past 35 years. He is responsible for maintaining the beauty of the camp grounds and facilities. Harold shares his love and knowledge of Hartman Center as he takes groups on walking tours or a hayrides around the camp.
Steve Goss
Steve has been Hartman Center’s Administrative Assistant for the past 6 years. He is the helpful voice who answers your phone calls to the camp office and handles camp registrations, helps keep track of the financial records and plays ball with Preacher when no one else is around.

Linda Karschner
Linda has been the Food Manager at Hartman Center for the past 22 years. Meals like her Saturday morning coffee cake and pierogi casserole are camper favorites, and are just a few examples of the fabulous food that Linda and the Hartman Center kitchen staff create. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are three good reasons to come to Hartman Center!

Preacher
Preacher is a 6 year old Border Collie who is in charge of welcoming all people, no matter who they are or where they are on life’s journey, to Hartman Center. He is also in charge of playing ball or Frisbee with everyone and making sure they feel included and that they have a great time. As you can see, he’s waiting with his ball to welcome you to Hartman Center!
